Meet the Staff
Mike serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors, and manages the Staff and the operations of the office, with the mission of providing the most value possible to our members and the business community. Mike grew up in Palo Alto, CA until he headed South to attend San Diego State University. After falling in love with San Diego and graduating SDSU, Mike grew roots in SD. Mike and his wife Lisa of over 30 years have been residents of Poway since March of 1997, and have two children, David (26) and Lauren (24). Mike also a COVID rescue Buddy (a 4 year old Australian Cattle dog/German Shepherd mix).
Since joining the team in 2020, Aimee has been managing member services and chamber operations, driven by a passion for providing resources and creating value for members. She brings a successful career in sales, marketing, and client and member relations, with experience spanning various industries and companies of all sizes, from Global 500 corporations to small businesses. Aimee holds a B.A. in Psychology with a focus on Leadership and Organization from SDSU, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. A lifelong learner and long-time Poway resident, Aimee enjoys early morning runs, spending time with her husband and four kids, and searching for the perfect chocolate chip cookie.
Faire oversees all marketing and communications efforts for the Chamber, including managing social media, graphic design, press releases, e-blasts, e-newsletters, and more. Additionally, she plays a key role in event planning, member outreach, and general office administration. Originally from Poway, where she was born and raised, Faire is thrilled to be back living in her hometown. During her free time, she enjoys engaging in outdoor activities and coaching lacrosse at Rancho Bernardo High School. Faire is passionate about photography, videography, exploring nature, sailing, spending time at the beach, and playing with her three beloved dogs: Topher (a catahoula leopard coonhound mix), Rooney (a sporting dog mix), and Hazel (a miniature dachshund).
Robin, who joined the Chamber in March 2024 as the Events Coordinator, has been a resident of Poway for the past nine years. With extensive experience in non-profit membership and event planning across various industries, she is enthusiastic about contributing to and serving a smaller community. Additionally, Robin dedicates her time to volunteering with the Community Food Connection in Poway.
