Poway Days is held every September with a parade, Community Day, the Poway Rodeo and more. The Poway Chamber of Commerce serves as the coordinator for a dozen or more events sponsored by numerous community groups in a span of a little more than two weeks. Poway Days was started in 1962 and was originally called Pow Wow Days.
