Graduation Requirements

Conditions of PCLI Graduation

All participants of the PCLI program must fulfill these conditions in order to graduate from the Institute and become a member of the PLI Alumni Association:

PCLI Team Projects

To balance the informative nature of the monthly sessions with practical hands-on community experience, PCLI participants contribute an additional 40+ hours throughout the program year working in teams of 5-6 on a community project of their own design.

PCLI Graduates

Upon completion of the PCLI program, PCLI graduates will have the unique opportunity to use their newfound knowledge and experience to serve in positions of public influence in Poway. PCLI graduates join the growing network of civic-minded leaders known as the PCLI Alumni Association. The Alumni Association pulls together graduates from each program year for community leadership activities, community networking opportunities and support of PCLI programs.
